1. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
- You have used fewer than 3 AI feedback sessions (Speaking or Writing combined) since your purchase.
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms and Conditions.
We offer this 7-day window to give you sufficient time to evaluate the Platform without significant risk.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.
- You have used 3 or more AI feedback sessions, indicating substantial use of the service.
- The refund request is made in connection with a dispute or chargeback filed directly with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.
- The purchase was made through a promotional offer or third-party partnership explicitly marked as non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email us at support@easyidea.space with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your account and your payment reference or receipt number.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days of approval.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. IELTS PREP is not responsible for any delays imposed by third-party financial institutions.
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused access days. Access is sold as a single block and refunds are only available for the full purchase amount under the conditions described in Section 1.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Platform and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, we will consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard 7-day window.

7. Changes to This Policy
