By creating an account or using IELTS PREP in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

IELTS PREP provides an AI-powered platform for IELTS Speaking and Writing practice, including automated feedback, band score estimates, and improvement guidance. The Platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

We do not guarantee a specific band score on any official IELTS examination. Our estimates and feedback are generated by AI models and should be used as practice tools, not as official assessments.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@easyidea.space.

Access to premium features requires a one-time payment for a selected number of access days. By completing a payment, you agree to the following:

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details.
• Access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on eligibility for refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its AI outputs at scale.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your purchased access.
• Submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content through any input fields.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to AI models, prompts, UI design, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of IELTS PREP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Content you submit (e.g., recorded speaking samples, written essays) remains your intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your feedback.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated feedback.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS PREP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve a desired band score.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or abusive behaviour, without prior notice or refund.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Unused access days are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which IELTS PREP operates, as applicable.
